I really enjoyed my two day Wim Hoff course at the Naduir centre. Joseph is an excellent facilitator- he is kind, calm, patient and authentic. The course had a clear schedule but Joseph was very flexible so that everyone’s needs from the course were met. The breaks were well timed and the food was lovely, the discussion that flowed during the breaks was supportive and informative. The facilities were fantastic- the ice was ‘not warm’!!! Thank you :-)

Beautiful location, house, food and surroundings. Josef and Ciara were so warm and welcoming. We had a sea swim, river dip and ice bath all on the one day, followed by gorgeous sauna amd hot tubs. We couldn't have asked for better.
