Josef is a level 1 WHM Instructor and the Fundamentals workshop will take place in the beautiful Naduir in Furbo. Naduir is a Holistic wellness centre and farm set on the edge of the forest in Furbo, Co Galway.































The Wim Hof weekend at Naduir will be a real adventure for anybody who is interested in exploring their mind-body connection and spend an amazing time here in the beautiful nature around our centre.

It will be exciting for experienced practitioners and also to people who are new to the method. Beyond the fundamentals of the WHM we will integrate a rich variation of Somabreath work, Yoga, Aikido and some mindfulness practice in Nature.

There will also be an opportunity to deepen and bring the WHM practice to another level.

We will gather and share around the camp fire in the evening

Those of you who would like to camp here, you are welcome to use our land over the weekend.

Put yourself in the expert hands of Josef Steiner & Ciara Ni Dhiomasaigh for an extended Wim Hof Method training session.

WHM Weekends are intended to be a deeper exploration of the Wim Hof Method than what might be covered in a workshop. Over the course of two days, all facets of the Wim Hof Method will be extensively covered. You will learn about the physiological mechanisms that come into play, and engage in a variety of breathing and cold therapy activities.

We will incorporate yoga, meditation, Aikido, Misogi Chanting. These activities work in synergy with the Wim Hof Method and help you to experience these methods on a deeper level.

The WHM uses three pillars - BREATH, COLD WATER EXPOSURE and MINDSET/COMMITMENT. The WHM is tailored to enhance fitness, focus and alertness, whilst maintaining a clear and balanced state. This can boost confidence and help to deal with pressure by reducing stress and improving the energy levels of the participants. Thus helping them to maximise their true potential. The participants will also receive usable tools for self-regulation that they can apply in daily life after the workshop. It is also fun to do as a team as it forges not only the character and mindset of the individual but also promotes an enhanced team spirit and unity.




The exploration and the refinement of the relationship between mind, body and spirit has been a central interest throughout my life, and I am especially passionate about embodiment and health. I enjoy a deep and promotive connection to the natural world and am inspired by the vitality of music, dance and movement - extensive study of Aikido, the cello and Argentine tango and transformative breath work has particularly enhanced my appreciation of the transformative potential within the embodied experience. I love supporting people through body work, movement and breath and most of all the Wim Hof Method which has been central to my personal development for many years. 





We are so enjoying the adventure that is the Wim Hof Method Fundamental 1-Day and 2-Day Workshops that we run here in Naduir. They are just so fun and connecting, so full of chats and insights and they are such an awesome platform for us to learn and grow. It is so inspiring to be a part of it.
